This is an illustration for a mobile game I am currently developing. I used Adobe Photoshop as well as several custom brushes in the painting procedure. By utilizing warm and cool colors, as well as different amounts of reflected light, I created enough depth to clarify and separate the subject from the background. More than just a promotional image, I wanted to explore a different style while still retaining some important aspects of traditional painting.
